Your studio data is yours. You export it whenever you like, you work with us under a data processing agreement and roles decide who sees what.
Werkbank is built and run from the Netherlands. You get a contact who speaks Dutch and knows the trade.
Your studio data is stored in a database in an EU data centre (Frankfurt) and the app runs there too. We only process what is needed to run the app and never sell anything. For parts such as sending email we work with specialised processors; they are listed in the data processing agreement.
Export your data as CSV at any time: on Start your customers and costs, on Werkbank and Werkbank Plus everything. Want to stop altogether? Email us and you'll receive a full export, after which we delete your studio.
We announce any change to prices or terms at least 30 days in advance; you can cancel before it takes effect.
