In the Netherlands there is, for example, OnlineAfspraken.nl, a booking tool for appointments and workshops; it focuses on booking and payment, Werkbank on what happens to the work afterwards. Kiln Fire and Kilnfox have you enter each piece separately. With a class of dozens of pieces, that adds up quickly. Werkbank tracks a whole group at once, with adjustable depth: start with 'in the kiln' and 'done', and switch on steps and costs only when you want them.
